Students view NASA images of galaxies and develop a galaxy classification scheme. Students then compare and contrast their classification scheme with that developed by Edwin Hubble.
A site created by the Earth Science teachers at San Diego's Lincoln High School Center for Social Justice to share information, best instructional practices, and to optimize collaborative curriculum planning through technology and effective time management.
